SMS Extractor scans user-authorized bank and transaction SMS messages on the device, identifies useful financial details such as amount, sender or merchant, and transaction date, and presents them in a structured format so users can understand their expenses more clearly.
If the user chooses to export their transaction records to Google Sheets, SMS Extractor requests Google account access only for that export feature. The Google data access is used only to create or update the spreadsheet selected by the user.
